Join us for a transformative breathwork experience with live music by YAIMA. “UNIFY BREATHWORK”, where we explore the elemental realms within our bodies using breath as a bridge and music as our guide. This session encourages deep relaxation and awareness, blending gentle receptivity and intuitive listening with the high frequencies of YAIMA’s music to nurture visions of a harmonious future. Our breathwork focuses on relaxing the mind and body, allowing the subtle intelligence of breath to surface. With no prior experience needed, we invite participants to bring comfortable items like mats, blankets, and pillows to create a cozy personal environment. This practice involves conscious circular breathing that turns your focus inward, enhancing the connection between breath and well-being, and increasing vitality and energy through invigorating exercises.
